Williams banana is widely used variety. It was first appeared as a tall mutant in Australia from cavendish banana. It’s commercially cultivated from 1950. Due to its tallness up to 3.7 meters, easily topples by wind with bunch weight. the fruits are delicious, long and curved, takes 11-12 months to mature.
